UPCOMING EVENT November 7th: Navigating Sex & Intimacy Through the Stages of Peri/Menopause
Liz Dubé
A Sex-Positive, Shame-Free Space

Have you ever felt ashamed, confused, or alone about your sexual desires, intimacy, or relationship challenges?

I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can openly discuss and explore topics that are often difficult to talk about — especially sex, intimacy, and relationship struggles.

My approach is sex-positive, meaning I view sexuality as a natural and important part of being human — not something to fear, suppress, or feel ashamed of. All consensual sexual desires are validated and normalized.

Practical, Compassionate, and Collaborative

Therapy with me is not just about talking — it’s about gaining clarity, real applicable tools and resources, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

  • Direct – I offer guidance and honest feedback.
  • Collaborative —  we work together as a team
  • Practical — you’ll leave sessions with tools and insights you can actually use
  • Compassionate — your experiences are met with understanding, not judgment

Whole-Person Approach to Intimacy

Sexual concerns are rarely just about the body. They can be shaped by emotions, stress, past experiences, communication challenges, and the dynamics within a relationship. That’s why I take a holistic approach, looking beyond symptoms to understand the full context of your experience and support lasting growth, connection, and well-being.

You might benefit from sex therapy if…

  • You’re experiencing low sexual desire.
  • You’re dealing with performance anxiety, erectile dysfunction, or orgasm difficulties.
  • You’re healing from sexual trauma.
  • Communication challenges or emotional disconnection are affecting intimacy.
  • Childbirth, parenting, menopause, or periods of high stress have changed your intimate life.
  • You want to rebuild intimacy in a long-term relationship or strengthen emotional and physical connection.
  • You want to develop greater sexual confidence and empowerment.

Rebuilding Connection

My goal isn’t just to “fix” issues—it’s to help clients create a more fulfilling, authentic, and confident relationship with their sexuality. Together, we explore what meaningful intimacy, connection, and sexual well-being look like for you, empowering you to build a healthier and more satisfying experience that aligns with your values and desires.

Therapy That Feels Human

I provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel understood, gain new perspectives, and find hope as you navigate challenges with sex, intimacy, and relationships.
