FULL-DAY INTENSIVE THERAPY Deep, Focused Support—Without the Wait
What Are Intensive Sessions?
Sometimes, one session a week isn’t enough.
Think of it as therapy with momentum.
If you’re in crisis, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, have scheduling difficulties, want a weekend appointment, or need to work through something important quickly, intensive sessions offer a more focused and accelerated approach to therapy.
This is for when you’re ready to create meaningful change in a shorter amount of time.
Designed to help you make meaningful progress without stretching the work over several months,
we meet for a full day equivalent to 6 therapy sessions.

Intensive Sessions Help You
Who Are Intensive Sessions For?
Intensive sessions may be a good fit if you’re a couple navigating a crisis such as betrayal or infidelity, recently experienced a trauma that has left you feeling stuck, or want more immediate relief around a specific issue.
They can also be helpful if you have limited time, a busy schedule, are moving through a major life transition, or want to focus deeply without the interruptions of weekly or biweekly appointments.
Intensives may be especially supportive if you feel generally stuck despite ongoing therapy, or if you want to fully utilize EMDR with a more concentrated focus.
They’re ideal for clients who prefer fewer, longer sessions with momentum and depth.
What Can We Focus On?
Relationships & Communication
Topics that feel overwhelming or complex.
Problematic relationship patterns, intimacy, and communication that need focused time.
Sex &
Intimacy
Rebuilding trust after infidelity. Addressing desire differences.
Sexual blocks or anxiety.
Preparing to open up relationship.
Personal
Growth
Breaking long-standing patterns.
Gaining clarity on life decisions.
Building confidence and self-trust. Reconnecting with pleasure and confidence.
Focused, Intentional Work.
We begin with a clear focus, so our time together is structured and goal-oriented. Because intensive sessions allow for longer, uninterrupted work, there is room to go deeper than surface-level conversations and better understand the patterns, emotions, or experiences keeping you stuck.
Liz’s approach is supportive but direct, offering honest guidance, compassionate insight, and practical next steps you can actually use after the session.
Many clients experience breakthroughs in intensives that might otherwise take weeks or months in traditional therapy.

Do the Work That Moves You Forward
You don’t have to stay stuck in the same patterns for months.
With the right support—and the right structure—you can create real shifts, faster.
