COUPLES SEX THERAPY Reconnect, Reignite, and Actually Enjoy Each Other Again

BOOK A CONSULTATION WITH LIZ

What Is Couples Sex Therapy?

Most couples don’t come to therapy because of  “communication issues.”

They come because: the connection isn’t what it used to be, the sex feels off, desire feels mismatched, or intimacy has quietly — or loudly — disappeared.

And suddenly you feel more like roommates… than lovers.

That’s where sex therapy comes in. Couples sex therapy is a focused space to work on the sexual and intimate side of your relationship as well as the things that are negatively impacting physical intimacy – not just who forgot to take the trash out.

Yes, we’ll talk about communication and all the other stuff because:

  • You are a human being not a robot
  • Emotional safety is essential to physical intimacy
  • Everything in our relationships impact sex desire and satisfaction
this work is about helping you:

understand what’s actually happening beneath your sex life, navigate desire differences without pressure or resentment, rebuild emotional and physical intimacy, feel desired instead of simply accommodated, and create a sex life that actually works for both of you.

LGBTQ+ Affirming Sex Therapy

This is a space where you don’t have to explain or justify your identity, fit yourself into heteronormative roles or assumptions, or make your relationship look the way others think it “should.”
Whether you’re monogamous, open, exploring, partnered, single, queer, straight, or somewhere in between, your experiences are respected here — not judged.
We’ll focus on what actually works for you, your body, your relationships, and your life.
Because great sex and real connection aren’t one-size-fits-all.

Let’s just say… this isn’t your typical therapy vibe.

I create a therapeutic space that is sex-positive, shame-free, and open to honest conversations about intimacy and sexuality. My approach is direct yet compassionate, helping you address concerns without judgment while feeling both supported and gently challenged. Together, we focus on practical, actionable strategies so you leave sessions with meaningful tools—not just insights. Many clients share that therapy helped them better understand their sexual experiences and feel more comfortable talking about topics they had never felt safe discussing before.

Totally normal.

You can start the conversation together, or begin with an individual session if your partner isn’t ready yet.

Change in a relationship often starts with one person doing something different — and that shift can create space for something new between both of you.

Rebuild What Matters

Every relationship goes through difficult seasons.
What matters is what you choose to do next.
Couples sex therapy gives you the tools—and the space—to reconnect in a healthier, more meaningful way.
